REAL ESTATE SALES DESIGN PROJECT MANAGEMENT
BACKGROUND I spent my early years in a small suburban town in upstate New York. During high school my family moved to Southern California where I fell in love with the casual outdoor lifestyle and soaked up the vibrant creative culture that set the foundation of what was to become modern multicultural Los Angeles! I moved to New York City to attend business school, studying marketing in the evening while toiling for some of the largest Advertising conglomerates on Madison Avenue during days.
Big business was not my cup of tea, and I returned to Southern California to work in the Graphic Design studio of Saul Bass in Hollywood and then for a globally recognized branding agency in San Francisco. It was in the Bay Area that I initially dabbled in my first profitable real estate venture and where I discovered my attraction to all things real estate.I have now successfully produced over 2 dozen residential design projects where I have acquired an in-depth knowledge of the building trades with finely tuned construction project management skills.
My design management skills inform my real estate sales activities, where clients look to me to help them identify the right investment targets, tailor projects to meet marketplace demands and whip up dynamic marketing strategies to ensure quick sales for top dollar. I enjoy guiding clients to find the right house that matches their needs. I feel my development background pays big dividends for clients uncertain about construction costs and feasibility.
WORK EXPERIENCE Along with my construction management skills I bring over a decade of client service experience in the marketing communications field, where I managed the Client Service department for SBG Partners --- a premier creative design/branding agency in San Francisco. I also worked for 5 years in the Advertising field on Madison Avenue working for packaged goods clients like Coca Cola & 3M.
EDUCATION I completed a professional architectural degree program at the University of Southern California earning a BS/Architecture. Later I received an MBA from New York University with a marketing specialization.
